A colourful, unique and entertaining journey through the German and Swiss Alps, Deb
Misener-Jones captivates her audiences with virtuoso yodeling styles, cowbell ringing and
the sounds of Swiss alphorns.
Authentic Germanic music, culture and language are demonstrated using songs, instruments, costumes and story telling.
Accomplished entertainer, singer, musician and yodeler, Deb has been featured on SCTV; CBC's Wind at My Back and Cruise Ships.
Alpine Music Adventure is curriculum-focused and includes teaching support materials.
With lots of audience participation, lively rhythms, yodeling and cowbell lessons, this fun musical experience is truly "Wunderbar!"

Bows 'n Strings & Fiddling Things Ross Daly
Join performer, entertainer and educator Ross Daly on an adventure through time as he
unravels the story of music and the violin (family) through its history,
geography, rhythms and melodies!
The violin: When and where was it born? What is it made of? How many strings? How does it work? What happens when the violin goes electric?! Discover the real difference between the violin and fiddle, and so much more!
Feed your imagination at the hands-on instrument petting zoo (transportation permitting)!

Mannheim Virtuosi String Quartet
Ever wonder where the 'string quartet' came from but were afraid to ask? Well, now's your chance! Mannheim Virtuosi covers a gamut of musical styles and offers not only the standard string quartet instrumentation, but additional instrument options as well, such as, harp, flute, guitar, bass, keyboard, oboe, clarinet, percussion and voice. Our 'string trio' also delivers the same dynamic 'edutainment' shows and concerts.
Your students will love our "Let's Play Games" segment, such as, 'name this composer, 'do you recognize this melody', 'how does this make you feel', 'what tempo / speed would you identify this as', etc. designed to suit your grade level and curriculum requirements. Mysteries Of Opera Rick Szuba
Performer, educator, operatic tenor and stage director, Rick Szuba unravels the mysteries of opera through his series of lesson plans, interactive workshops and performances.
Rick's vast operatic experience and knowledge gained from his performances across Canada, with such prestigious ensembles as the Canadian Opera Company, is richly evident in this innovative program.
Teachers and students alike build an applied knowledge of music vocabulary while creating their own "Rapera" or Hip-hoperatic scenes. This hands-on experience includes set design and construction, costumes, thematic composition, dance improvisation, listening, basic music elements and MORE as it applies to opera and the arts curriculum!

A Safari of Fun Paul Behnke
"Singing, Learning & Laughing" is a dynamic, curriculum-based concert that educates and inspires children.
Students join "Parents' Choice Award" winner Paul Behnke on stage to play musical instruments, while audiences sing along with his upbeat songs.
Environmental themes, friendship, multi-culturalism and language skills are celebrated through Paul's songs, performed with a pre-recorded full band.
Teachers receive Paul's CD and pre-made, easy-to-follow educational activity materials that combine fun songs with essential primary/junior learning skills.

Snapping Toes Robert Davis & Ben Knight
Snapping Toes is known for fun stage shows featuring lots of audience participation and sing-along to their popular original songs that tickle the funny bone and warm the heart!
Kids across Canada recognize Snapping Toes from their many musical appearances on Treehouse TV (YTV) and Rogers Cable 10.
